The WCMTBA exists to strengthen the voice, rights, and well-being of athletes competing on the world’s biggest stage. These are the goals that drive us:

1. Representation

Ensure that riders have a real say in decisions that affect our sport — from rule changes and calendar planning to safety protocols and athlete welfare.

2. Safety & Fairness

Advocate for safer courses, transparent procedures, and consistent standards — because racing at the limit shouldn’t mean racing without protection.

3. Open Communication

Create direct and respectful dialogue between riders, organizers (like ESO and WBD), and governing bodies (like the UCI) — so that feedback becomes action.

4. Fair Pay & Conditions

Push for improved prize money, and support for privateers — making elite racing more sustainable for all.

Build a truly international riders’ community that supports athletes from every nation, discipline, and background — professional, privateer, or rising talent.

6. Long-Term Advocacy

Establish a lasting structure that safeguards riders’ interests for the next generation — with legal, ethical, and institutional strength.
