Organisational Structure

Leadership Roles:

• President – Represents the union publicly and legally

• Secretary General – Admin and communications lead

• Treasurer – Manages funds and reporting

• Administrative – Social media, accounting, legal.

• Discipline Reps – 4 (2 men/ 2 women) for each discipline (XC, EDR, and DH). The four discipline reps elect or choose one main representative to report to the Riders’ Representative. 

• Team Reps – Each registered UCI team chooses one team representative who reports to a Team Representative. 

  Representatives are elected by WCMTBA-registered riders in their discipline every 3 years.
